For years, I was dealing with chronic discomfort, so I began changing everything—my diet, my mindset, my daily habits. I was training, meditating, spending more time in nature… doing the inner and outer work. But something still felt incomplete.

When I finally upgraded my water, things began to shift in a way I hadn’t experienced before. It wasn’t just about hydration—it was about removing a constant stressor from my environment and supporting my body at a foundational level.

At the same time, I became more aware of how much waste we create around water—plastic bottles, single-use solutions, and systems that aren’t built to last. It didn’t sit right with me to

pursue health while contributing to a bigger environmental problem.

That’s where Alkalized Minds came from.

I wanted to create a better way—one that supports both personal well-being and the health of the planet. A way to help people upgrade the water they live with every day, while reducing reliance on plastic and wasteful systems.
